ANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. We specialize in early intervention ABA therapy for Autistic children under age 6, using the neuroaffirming model, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention, or NDBI (ESDM, PRT, JASPER).

Why Join ANNA?

Competitive Salary & Monthly Bonuses: $85K–$115K base salary plus $30/hr for every billable hour over 100/month. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance and 401(k) with company match.

Work-Life Balance: 40-hour schedule, Monday–Friday. No travel, no evenings, no weekends.

Manageable Caseloads: Small, intentional caseloads so you can deliver high-quality clinical care — not just high volume, that adhere to evidence-based autism clinical care and genuine clinical growth.

Clinician-Led, Mission-Driven Culture: Every decision starts with what's best for the child. We stay current with research and hold ourselves to a high clinical standard with our NDBI approach.

Strong Team Support: Regular individual and group supervision from experienced clinicians invested in your success.

Professional Development: Annual CEU stipend, conference support, and clear pathways into clinical leadership.

Purpose-Built Technology: Streamlined data collection and clinical management tools so you stay focused on clients, not paperwork.

Team Culture: Quarterly outings, milestone celebrations, and a team that genuinely collaborates and enjoys working together.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.

Supervise & Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision, building confident and skilled practitioners.

Family Partnership: Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model which helps families learn NDBI strategies to practice and use at home.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively to drive meaningful milestones.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director who is invested in both your growth and the quality of care delivered.

Clinical Growth: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by integrating current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy.
