You’ll be part of a hands-on crew that delivers real, visible restoration work—from wetland grading to native planting to stream restoration. You’ll work outdoors on active project sites across your assigned region. Most work is local or regional, with <strong data-start="1424" data-end="1458">frequent travel to field sites</strong> and the potential for multi-day assignments. You may then be assigned to operate a <strong data-start="2268" data-end="2308">skid steer, dozer, or off-road truck</strong>, or assist with planting, erosion control, or grading. You’ll be expected to <strong data-start="2386" data-end="2436">follow field plans and supervisor instructions</strong>, report any equipment issues, and maintain a safe working environment.</span></p> <p class="" data-start="2509" data-end="2773"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ll assist in <strong data-start="2526" data-end="2544">setting grades</strong>, <strong data-start="2546" data-end="2571">maintaining equipment</strong>, and working alongside other operators and laborers.
