In this role, you'll serve not only as a brand ambassador but also as a key player in building relationships, both internally and externally, to cultivate an unparalleled service culture.&nbsp; We are looking for a warm, professional, and dynamic associate to help drive our café’s sales performance and help ensure operational excellence, by assisting the Café Manager.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Drive Excellence in Sales &amp; Service:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Active role in engaging with clients, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and client experience goals are met.</li> <li>Greeting customers in a friendly manner</li> <li>Answer customer questions regarding menu choices.</li> <li>Promote and recommend menu items.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Operations:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Assist in the smooth running of cafe operations, adhering to policies and procedures, and maintaining operational standards to meet brand standards continually.</li> <li>Assist in managing inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are aligned with sales goals.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining equipment – espresso machine, coffee brewer, coffee grinder, etc</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 1 year of experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant setting</li> <li>Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail.</li> <li>Self-motivated with exceptional communication and a motivational attitude</li> <li>High degree of flexibility and initiative</li> <li>Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy.</li> <li>Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams.</li> <li>Flexibility to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $20+/Hr</p> <p><strong>Why Work With Us:</strong> As a Barista on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, representing a prestigious brand.
