School Behavioral Technician Trainee, Behavioral Health at Bayada

The RBT® credential, offered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®), is required for professionals providing ABA and insurance-based services in Hawaii.</p> <p>In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to children and young adults with Autism in Hawaii Island school districts. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Document interventions and progress towards goals&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide support to the client in interpersonal skills, development, and maintenance of personal relationships, and building independence in their school routine&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Supports school age children to succeed with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>BAYADA recognizes and rewards our RBTs who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
