This role focuses on <strong>multimodal machine learning modeling</strong> (audio, video, image, text) and the development of <strong>AIGC systems and AI agents</strong>.</p> <p>You will work on translating state-of-the-art research into scalable, real-world AI systems, including virtual humans, text-to-image, and text-to-video generation. You will collaborate closely with research, engineering, and product teams to advance next-generation multimodal and generative AI technologies.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design and develop <strong>multimodal ML models</strong> for understanding and generation across audio, video, image, and text</li> <li>Build <strong>AIGC systems</strong>, including virtual humans, text-to-image, and text-to-video models</li> <li>Develop <strong>AI agent systems</strong>, covering reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration</li> <li>Convert cutting-edge research into <strong>scalable, production-ready AI systems</strong></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years of relevant industry experience</strong> or a <strong>PhD</strong> in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field</li> <li><strong>At least two publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals</strong>, such as<br><strong>NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP, SIGGRAPH, or TPAMI</strong></li> <li>Research experience in <strong>multimodal AI or AIGC</strong>, including generative models, virtual humans, or text-to-image / text-to-video</li> <li>Strong ML/DL foundation with hands-on experience in one or more of:</li> <ul> <li>Large Language Models (LLMs)</li> <li>Multimodal models</li> <li>Diffusion models</li> <li>Computer vision / video understanding and generation</li> <li>Audio and speech processing</li> </ul> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Python</strong> with solid engineering and problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience or knowledge in <strong>frontend or client-side development</strong>, with an understanding of how AI systems integrate into user-facing products, including:</li> <ul> <li><strong>Web frontend development</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>JavaScript / TypeScript</li> <li>Modern frameworks such as React or Vue</li> <li>API integration and data visualization</li> </ul> <li><strong>iOS development</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>Swift and/or Objective-C</li> <li>Familiarity with iOS app architecture and performance considerations</li> </ul> <li><strong>Android development</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>Kotlin and/or Java</li> <li>Understanding of Android app architecture and system constraints</li> </ul> </ul> </ul> <p>Experience integrating <strong>AIGC or AI agent systems</strong> into real-world products is a strong plus</p> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <p>We offer a competitive benefits package:</p> <ul> <li>Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family (100% coverage for employee)</li> <li>Top-tier 401(K) plan with company matching</li> <li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li> <li>FSA, HSA and commuter benefits programs</li> <li>Team activity budget</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
