When cities and operators run into issues with the platform that powers their transit networks, you're who they turn to.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role blends partner-facing work with deep technical problem-solving. You'll bridge the gap between partners' day-to-day realities and Via's Product and Engineering teams. You'll build a strong foundation that makes this an ideal starting point for many directions at Via.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Get up to speed quickly through hands-on training and mentorship, becoming a true expert on Via's platform, tools, and industry context.&nbsp;</li> <li>Dive into technical issues, troubleshoot, and solve problems fast, giving partners the clarity they need to keep their networks running.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build close relationships with partners, understanding their day to day and pain points so you can advise them in ways that consistently improve deployment outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partner Success to tackle challenges that span multiple functions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Spot product and process improvements, acting as the bridge between partners and technical teams to shape prioritization and scalability decisions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of work experience, including internships; we welcome recent graduates eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Curious and eager: You love digging into how things work.</li> <li>Keen to build a career in tech, with an open mind about where you'll want to focus.</li> <li>Meticulous and analytical, with a strong process orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.&nbsp;</li> <li>An entrepreneurial problem-solver who doesn't accept the status quo and is always looking for smarter solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>A natural communicator who instinctively finds the right tone in every situation.&nbsp;</li> <li>While not required, fluency in an additional language (Spanish, German, Arabic, French, Italian, Dutch, or Japanese) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><em>We don't expect you to check every box.
