By acting as the key connector between labels, Sony Music’s global supply chain, and external partners, this role directly enables SME’s success through speed, accuracy, and smart problem‑solving. This role observes a <strong>hybrid schedule in our office in New York, New York.</strong></p> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><em>Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business</em></li> <li><em>Own end‑to‑end physical supply chain operations for Orchard labels, from product setup and purchasing through inventory oversight and issue resolution.</em></li> <li><em>Manage Orchard‑specific workflows, including cash orders, returns to vendor, SKU and UPC accuracy, and purchase order confirmation.</em></li> <li><em>Partner closely with manufacturing vendors and distribution centers to resolve setup issues, validate open orders, and address discrepancies.</em></li> <li>Oversee order changes, cancellations, system cleanup, and urgent escalations to keep label releases on track.</li> <li>Monitor inventory health by reviewing open orders, aging stock, and risk areas, supporting planning and obsolescence decisions.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and serving as the primary operational point of contact workflows, multiple systems, and detailed data (especially Excel).</li> <li>Clear, confident communicator who builds trust across labels, vendors, and internal teams while handling issues and
