you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Collect final track mixes, track lists and full credits from composers, artist managers and licensors</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist marketing team with audio and video campaign optimization using internal systems.</li> <li>Create and distribute audio e-cards to support marketing and promotional initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain and update the Milan Records website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards.</li> <li>Support Sony Soundtracks VEVO and Milan Records YouTube channels, including playlist management, pinned comments and Community Tab publishing.</li> <li>Coordinate information for international marketing communications, ensuring WW teams receive necessary assets and information.</li> <li>Manage the creation and distribution of retail hyperlinks across physical and digital campaigns, coordinating as needed with the marketing team.</li> <li>Pull and deliver user generated content (UGC) audio links for the broader marketing team</li> <li>Manage safelisting/allowlisting for social media platforms, including setup and troubleshooting where required.</li> <li>Process monetization requests to support user-generated content initiatives.</li> <li>Set up and execute
