We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allow staff to achieve their goals. We operate in 10 different countries, providing 24/7 support to all Agoda employees. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux.   &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity: &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>As a Workday&nbsp;HCM&nbsp;Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert ensuring our&nbsp;core HCM processes&nbsp;operate&nbsp;seamlessly,&nbsp;with a focus on&nbsp;scaling and&nbsp;enhancing&nbsp;the setup&nbsp;in alignment with organizational&nbsp;requirements.&nbsp;While&nbsp;HCM&nbsp;will be your core&nbsp;area, you will also contribute across&nbsp;other&nbsp;domains and&nbsp;additional&nbsp;HRIS platforms to strengthen our overall People Technology foundation.&nbsp;</p> <p>You’ll&nbsp;partner closely with&nbsp;People and IT teams&nbsp;to deliver scalable solutions,&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;existing processes, and explore new ways Workday and other tools can bring value to the organization.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to expand your skills beyond Workday, this role will give you the platform to do just that.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span class="font-semibold" data-streamdown="strong">Location:</span>&nbsp;This role will be based in&nbsp;<span class="font-semibold" data-streamdown="strong">Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Gurgaon</span>.</strong></p> <ul class="list-inside list-disc whitespace-normal [li_&amp;]:pl-6" data-streamdown="unordered-list"> <li class="py-1 [&amp;>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"><span class="font-semibold" data-streamdown="strong">Bangkok:</span>&nbsp;Full relocation support will be provided by Agoda.</li> <li class="py-1 [&amp;>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item"><span class="font-semibold" data-streamdown="strong">Kuala Lumpur &amp;
