We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allow staff to achieve their goals. We operate in 10 different countries, providing 24/7 support to all Agoda employees. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux.       The Opportunity:   As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert ensuring our core HCM processes operate seamlessly, with a focus on scaling and enhancing the setup in alignment with organizational requirements. While HCM will be your core area, you will also contribute across other domains and additional HRIS platforms to strengthen our overall People Technology foundation.  You’ll partner closely with People and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize existing processes, and explore new ways Workday and other tools can bring value to the organization.  If you’re data-streamdown="list-item">Bangkok: Full relocation support will be provided by Agoda.</li> <li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Kuala Lumpur & Gurgaon: Applicants must already be eligible to work locally (citizens or holders of valid work authorization).</li> </ul>     In this Role, you'll get to:    <ul> <li> Lead, configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM setup including core configuration, organization structures and business process frameworks  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that enhance employee experience.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Own and manage reporting, calculated fields, and security configurations that provide accurate insights across the employee life cycle  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Own documentation and knowledge sharing, including SOPs, configuration guides, and process maps to strengthen team resiliency.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Gain opportunities to work across other Workday domains and internal tools, expanding expertise based on project needs and personal interests.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Stay informed on new Workday releases and people technology trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement and automation.  </li> <li> Explore and contribute to other internal tools and technologies beyond Workday, expanding your technical footprint within the People Technology ecosystem.  </li> </ul>   What you'll Need to Succeed:   <ul> <li> 4 - 6 years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on HCM configuration and reporting.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Solid understanding of HCM fundamentals, covering both business processes (Hire, Change Job, Termination) and configuration concepts (condition rules, orgs, hierarchies, custom objects)  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields, with the ability to build complex, cross-domain reports  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Working knowledge of Workday Security, including constrained/unconstrained roles and segmented security  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process efficiency and data integrity.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into system design.  </li> <li> Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  </li> </ul>   It's Great if you have:   <ul> <li> Experience supporting additional Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent)  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio)  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Familiarity with HCM rollouts, testing frameworks, release management, or regression testing  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Experience working in an international or fast-paced environment  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Workday certification(s) in HCM or any other modules  </li> <li> Interest in expanding knowledge beyond Workday into other people technology platforms and tools.  </li> </ul>   What you'll get:
