<h3>About the Role</h3> We are hiring a Professional Services Offering Leader to own the commercial success and market growth of Enavate’s Professional Services industry offerings. This role turns strong products and services into a repeatable, scalable, and profitable go-to-market motion. The role owns offering performance across revenue growth, adoption in qualified opportunities, and margin performance, and leads the commercial lifecycle of the offering—from market definition and go-to-market strategy through sales execution and scalable delivery. The Professional Services offerings represent a strategic growth area for Enavate and is expected to scale significantly over the next several years. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in ERP or technology-enabled Professional Services who understands how consulting and implementation services are packaged, sold, scoped, delivered, and scaled in a partner-driven ecosystem. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Delivery to ensure the offering is clearly packaged, consistently adopted, and delivered profitably.   <h3>What You’ll Be Accountable For</h3> <ul> <li>Revenue attributable to the Professional Services offering</li> <li>Attach rate of the offering in qualified opportunities</li> <li>Win‑rate improvement when the offering is positioned</li> <li>Margin performance and protection through disciplined packaging and scope control</li> </ul>   <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Define and maintain ideal customer profile (ICP) boundaries for the ProServ offering</li> <li>Establish clear packaging, scope, and pricing guardrails that enable repeatable selling and delivery</li> <li>Partner with Sales to improve offering adoption and positioning in qualified opportunities</li> <li>Participate in key pursuits to ensure the offering is sold and scoped as designed</li> <li>Monitor pipeline adoption, win/loss patterns, and margin trends; refine the offering based on market feedback</li> <li>Work closely with Delivery leadership to protect repeatability and prevent customization drift</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Marketing leaders to ensure readiness, clarity, and consistency across the go‑to‑market motion</li> </ul>   <h3>Who You’ll Work With</h3> <ul> <li>Sales Leadership – to improve adoption, positioning, and win rates</li> <li>Offering / Marketing – to ensure clear positioning and enablement</li> <li>Product Leadership – to align roadmap execution and readiness</li> <li>Delivery Leadership – to protect margin and delivery repeatability</li> </ul>   <h3>Here's What It Takes To Be Successful In This Role</h3> <ul> <li>Significant experience in Professional Services (consulting, ERP services, implementation services, or productized services)</li> <li>Proven ability to commercialize or scale services offerings, not just sell one‑off projects</li> <li>Strong understanding of services economics: scoping, margin, utilization, and repeatability</li> <li>Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales and Delivery </li> <li>Data‑driven mindset with experience inspecting pipeline, win rates, and margin performance</li> <li>Confident decision‑maker who can balance growth with discipline</li> </ul>   <h3>What Success Looks Like</h3> <ul> <li>The ProServ offering is clearly packaged and consistently used in the right deals</li> <li>Sales adoption is measurable and improving</li> <li>Delivery remains repeatable and profitable</li> <li>Commercial performance is visible, owned, and improving over time</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <h2 style="line-height: 1; text-align: justify;">ABOUT ENAVATE</h2> <h3 style="line-height: 1; text-align: justify;">Transforming Businesses and the Lives They Touch</h3> At Enavate, we are more than just a Microsoft Gold Partner—we’re a trusted partner in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting, Cloud services, and managed services.
