SUMMARY  At Magnolia, the Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving Warehouse goals through successful process management, staff development, cost effective decision making, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This position works from the Magnolia Warehouse in Waco, Texas. Understand team goals and effectively communicate the day-to-day actions contributing to achieving them. </li> <li>Hard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. </li> </ul> ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS  <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required </li> <li>3-5 years of related work experience preferred </li> <li>Forklift Trainer certification preferred upon hire  </li> <li>Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require </li> </ul> PHYSICAL DEMANDS  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel; utilize fine motor dexterity of fingers; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is expected to utilize team lifting techniques when lifting bulky items or items weighing above 50 pounds and up to 120 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is subject to high temperatures and low temperatures.
