Space Kinetic is building ambitious, first-of-its-kind technology, and that requires urgency, ownership, and a high level of commitment to changing the foundational assumptions for everything we do in space.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;We are seeking an <strong>Operations Assistant</strong> to support daily facility organization, maintenance follow-up, inventory support, and general operational tasks at our El Segundo location. This role helps maintain an organized work environment, supports material handling, and assists with day-to-day operational needs across the facility.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;organization and cleanliness across operational areas&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support organization and upkeep of the tool crib&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Track basic inventory and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with material organization&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Help receive and organize deliveries and supplies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support maintenance follow-up and basic facility&nbsp;needs&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;with stocking, labeling, and organizing tools and materials&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with inventory control on material placement and tracking&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Help&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;clean and organized storage areas&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support general operational tasks as needed across the facility&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What It Takes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>1–3 years of experience in facility support, warehouse support, operations, or similar environment preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Organized and detail-oriented&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Able to lift and move materials as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Reliability and follow-through&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Basic spreadsheet or inventory tracking familiarity is a plus&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable supporting multiple operational tasks&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>*Our vision is unique, and so is the team we’re building.
