At Turning Point, you will be empowered and equipped to use your unique skills and abilities to glorify God and make an eternal impact while being part of a professional Christian community and relational work environment.</span></p></div><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Data Systems &amp; Insights, the Business Analyst supports organizational decision-making by delivering accurate reporting, dashboards, and data analysis under general supervision. This role partners with departments to gather requirements, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that improve operational effectiveness and fundraising performance.</p> <p><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions under Director guidance.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports tracking key departmental metrics.</li> <li>Analyze data from CRM, fundraising, marketing, finance, and operational systems to identify trends and performance insights.</li> <li>Support the development and refinement of KPIs in partnership with leadership.</li> <li>Present findings in clear, concise formats tailored to business users.</li> <li>Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue performance through data analysis.</li> <li>Work closely with data engineers and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and report usability.</li> <li>Support data governance efforts by following established reporting standards and definitions.</li> <li>Provide training and support to increase adoption of dashboards and reporting tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Scope &amp; Supervision</strong></p> <p>This role operates under general supervision. Analytical priorities and strategic initiatives are determined in collaboration with the Director. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
