You will: <ul> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a class="Hyperlink SCXW243457903 BCX0" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" target="_blank">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. </li> <li>Lead or work on a project team responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of continuous and batch control applications.</li> <li>Understand the project scope and financials and exercise good time management skills to plan & coordinate the work as part of a project team by developing project schedules and budgets in collaboration with project leadership and identify change orders and justify changes to Project Management ensuring completion of all project deliverables to the satisfaction of the client</li> <li>Anticipate and provide solutions to project leadership and/or customer giving high priority to customer satisfaction offering strong technical expertise and advisement as part of the project team</li> <li>Adapt to a flexible work schedule & travel, if necessary, to participate in the design, development, and start-up of control systems at the client’s facility</li> </ul> You Have: <ul> <li>Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent educational background.</li> <li>5+ years of industry hands on experience executing automation projects for process plants - preferably in CPG / Life Sciences / Food & Beverage / Chemical domains</li> <li>Understanding of batch and continuous process control strategies deployed in</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop process control system applications, utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, configuration of thin client server applications, design, developing & maintaining databases for data collection, configuring process historians and using reporting tools to present process data to operations & management, tuning control loops, providing control system startup services, troubleshooting existing control systems and providing control system qualifications.</li> <li>Solid understanding of object-oriented software development & delivery methodologies</li> <li>Expertise with the design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of virtual server-based control system architectures, and understanding of control system network topology, i.e. Ethernet, Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.</li> <li>Knowledge of process instrumentation specification, installation & troubleshooting, and control panel design, check-out, commissioning & troubleshooting</li> <li>Hands-on experience rapidly troubleshooting and solving equipment & instrument-related issues during start-up and commissioning and perform complex system testing</li> <li>Experience working at customer sites supporting the installation & commissioning of equipment and systems</li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.</li> </ul> Specific Application Knowledge: <ul> <li>PLC Programming with one or more of Rockwell Studio5000, RSLogix5000/5/500, or Siemens Step 7 or TIA Portal</li> <li>Ability to program in RLL, SFC and ST</li> <li>HMI Programming using one or more of Rockwell FTView ME and SE, Wonderware System Platform, Inductive Automation Ignition</li> <li>Configuration & use of one or more of Wonderware DAS/OI Server, FactoryTalk Gateway, RSLinx, RSNetWorx, KepServerEx</li> <li>Configuration & development of one or both of Wonderware InBatch & Rockwell FTBatch</li> <li>Configuration & development using one or more of Wonderware Historian, FTHistorian, OSI PI</li> <li>Use of SQL for database creation, query & management.  Ability to develop stored procedures, functions & views and use of SQL commands for integration of control systems to back-end databases.Familiarity with SSRS for reporting</li> <li>Configure & operate Allen Bradley PowerFlex Drives via manual HIM or through PLC programming</li> <li>Configuration, use & troubleshooting of Allen Bradley Stratix switches</li> <li>Experience programming various other control systems is desired (i.e., GE Fanuc, Siemens, DeltaV, Honeywell DCS, GE iFix)</li> </ul> Specific Process Knowledge (that we typically provide) Include: <ul> <li>Bio Reactors</li> <li>Skid System Controls</li> <li>Clean/Steam in Place</li> <li>Freeze Dryers</li> <li>Autoclave Control Systems</li> <li>Centrifuge Systems</li> <li>Building Management & HVAC Control Systems</li> <li>Thermal Oxidizer Systems</li> <li>Purified Water</li> <li>Finished Product Transfer Systems</li> <li>Granulator Control Systems</li> <li>Boilers and Boiler Control Systems</li> <li>Bulk Material Handling and Processing</li> <li>Laboratory Systems</li> <li>Pasteurization and Homogenization</li> <li>Wastewater Treatment</li> <li>Weighing and Metering Systems</li> <li>Wet or Dry Blending System</li> </ul> Benefits & Perks: <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry.</li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.</li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and personal/sick time off.</li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
