You'll be a key bridge between prospects/customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering.  What you'll do: <ul> <li>Partner with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep-dives, and evaluations; clarify requirements and success criteria. </li> <li>Translate customer problems into product use cases, solution approaches, and scoped implementation plans. </li> <li>Explain Trase’s platform and agent capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Build rapid demo mock-ups and proof-of-concepts (including lightweight “cloud code”/scripted demos) to validate workflows and accelerate deals. </li> <li>Own and evolve demo assets: reusable scenarios, sample data, reference architectures, and competitive positioning. </li> <li>Write clear artifacts: requirements summaries, solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and handoff docs for delivery teams. </li> <li>Partner with Product on feedback loops: surface recurring needs, prioritize gaps, and propose roadmap opportunities grounded in customer signal. </li> <li>Support delivery handoff: ensure Engineering has the context needed to implement what was sold (and that commitments match reality). </li> </ul> What we’re looking for: Core capabilities  <ul> <li>Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Solution Consultant supporting customer-facing technical sales. </li> <li>Strong technical fluency: comfortable fielding technical questions, explaining system behavior, and reasoning about tradeoffs. </li> <li>Excellent communication: able to lead conversations, simplify complexity, and build trust with customers. </li> <li>Product-minded: can turn ambiguous customer input into crisp requirements, use cases, and prioritized next steps. </li> </ul> Demo/prototyping skills  <ul> <li>Proven ability to build quick demos or prototypes to illustrate solution paths and unblock decisions. </li> <li>Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and configurable product surfaces (and learning new systems quickly). </li> </ul> Collaboration & operating style  <ul> <li>Can work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Engineering with strong follow-through. </li> <li>Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift based on customer feedback. </li> </ul> Nice to have:  <ul> <li>Healthcare domain experience (strongly preferred, not required). </li> <li>Senior+ experience, with ownership over complex customer engagements. </li> </ul> Success in the role looks like:  <ul> <li>Customers consistently leave technical conversations with clarity and confidence in the proposed solution. </li> <li>Deals move faster due to high-quality demos, crisp requirements summaries, and strong technical credibility. </li> <li>Product and Engineering receive actionable, well-structured feedback that improves the platform and delivery outcomes. </li> </ul> Compensation: Hourly rate of $80-$110.
