This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and conveyance systems, documents work in a maintenance management system, and partners with production and engineering to drive continuous improvement.  About the Team  The Maintenance team in Casa Grande ensures that all production and facility systems operate safely, reliably, and with minimal downtime. The team supports highly automated manufacturing lines and works closely with engineering, production, and quality to keep equipment running at peak performance. This group is unique in its exposure to advanced automation, robotics, and high‑precision manufacturing systems. Their work directly impacts throughput, uptime, and the overall efficiency of Lucid’s manufacturing operations.  About the Role  This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. It exists to support growing production demands and ensure equipment reliability as Lucid expands its manufacturing capabilities. The technician will own preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. In the first 12 months, success will be measured by reductions in unplanned downtime, accurate CMMS documentation, and effective collaboration with production and engineering teams. A strong candidate will gain hands‑on experience with advanced automation and high‑tech manufacturing systems that are not commonly found in comparable facilities.  What You Own  <ul> <li
