You challenge clients to think differently about how they invest, you form and hold strong points of view on what works, and you hold yourself accountable to their business outcomes rather than just campaign delivery. You are as comfortable presenting a multi-year account strategy to a regional CMO as you are rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot a campaign with a trading team.
