The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of security industry standards and experience coordinating these practices with contractors, architects, and other project managers in the design phase. This role also ensures that state-of-the-art technologies are integrated into the security profile of on-going construction projects, which include corporate, data center, and high-security </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred. </li> <li>A minimum of five (5) years of experience in security systems design and/or installation, physical security, or construction security management.  </li> <li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, security technology, and infrastructure protection principles. </li> <li>Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, etc. </li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel </li> <li>Familiarity with electronic security system design (video surveillance, access control, alarms, perimeter detection systems). </li> <li>Detail-oriented with a proactive security mindset. </li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other security design software is a plus. </li> <li>One or more of the following certifications are highly desirable:  <ul> <li>Certified Protection Professional (CPP) – ASIS International </li> <li>Physical Security Professional (PSP) – ASIS International </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Location  To be considered for this role, you must reside near the following locations: Miami, FL, Austin, TX, Pecos, TX, Denton, TX, Muskogee, OK, Grand Forks, ND, Calvert City, KY, Marble, NC, Dalton, GA or Auburn, AL  Travel   Frequent travel is required as needed.  Work Environment  This job is operated in a professional office, warehouse, and data center environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment, including laptop computers, photocopiers, smartphones, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts. Personal protective equipment is required at industrial and construction sites.  Physical Demands   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.     Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work   This is a full-time, position.
