You will collaborate with our engineering manager and designer to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for various Growth Initiatives, while also building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.</p> <p><strong>What does success look like?</strong></p> <ul class="_5e234547 _2c148f22"> <li>Aligning Growth investments to stated Salsify business objectives</li> <li>Setting and championing the vision, strategy and roadmap of Growth Initiatives</li> <li>Partnering effectively with your Team Trio. Holding each other and yourself accountable to driving value through teamwork.</li> <li>Own your team’s outcomes and be the face of the product.</li> <li>Executing Partner/Customer/Stakeholder discovery and insight collection</li> <li>Communicating and aligning with stakeholders on key decisions and status</li> <li>Partnering with cross-functional peers to ensure “Release Readiness” of your team’s work</li> <li>Collaborating with Commercial teams to connect product value to business growth and objectives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Background and Experience:</strong></p> <ul class="_5e234547 _2c148f22"> <li>At least 3-5 years of product management experience or relevant experience</li> <li>Strong technical skillset including experience with AI tools and technologies</li> <li>Curiosity to explore, build and experiment with AI technology. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health &amp; medical benefits, PTO, and more.
