<h3><strong>Position Description</strong></h3></div><p></p>
<p data-start="21" data-end="373">ENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company that provides engineering, science and advanced technology solutions that guarantee mission success, safety, and security to governments and private industries worldwide. ENSCO provides technical subject matter experts to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Duties will include:</p>
<p data-start="375" data-end="1537">• Forecast usage rates and establish initial repair and replacement cost factors<br data-start="455" data-end="458">• Determine test support requirements from customer test objectives<br data-start="525" data-end="528">• Interpret and evaluate maintenance requirements and operational capabilities of test support construction equipment<br data-start="645" data-end="648">• Assist the site manager in monitoring and coordinating the execution of assigned test support construction equipment to test programs<br data-start="783" data-end="786">• Assist the site manager in managing the asset hand receipt, vehicle inventory, and warehouse inventory<br data-start="890" data-end="893">• Account for all test material and supplies required to support test programs<br data-start="971" data-end="974">• Provide technical and management expertise and coordinate test support requirements with the site manager and test teams<br data-start="1096" data-end="1099">• Assist the site manager in maintaining daily accountability of all personnel working at the site<br data-start="1197" data-end="1200">• Design, prepare and implement standard operating procedures covering normal and emergency procedures for support operations<br data-start="1325" data-end="1328">• Assist the site manager in managing the construction & demolition landfill<br data-start="1404" data-end="1407">• Understand applicable environmental and safety regulations to maintain compliance with all environmental and safety requirements</p>
<p data-start="1539" data-end="1566"><strong data-start="1539" data-end="1566">Qualifications Required</strong></p>
<p data-start="1568" data-end="3093">• Experience providing logistics support through forecasting usage rates, establishing repair and replacement cost factors, determining test support requirements, and evaluating maintenance requirements and operational capabilities of construction or test support equipment.<br data-start="1842" data-end="1845">• Experience supporting coordination and execution of test support equipment and logistics activities for test programs conducted at government test sites.<br data-start="2000" data-end="2003">• Experience supporting inventory accountability, warehouse operations, vehicle inventories, hand receipt management, and accountability of test materials and supplies.<br data-start="2171" data-end="2174">• Experience coordinating test support requirements with program managers, test site personnel, and test teams to ensure test activities are effectively supported.<br data-start="2337" data-end="2340">• Experience supporting personnel accountability, operational support activities, and development or implementation of standard operating procedures for normal and emergency operations.<br data-start="2525" data-end="2528">• Experience supporting environmental and safety compliance activities associated with landfill operations, construction support operations, or hazardous field-test environments.<br data-start="2706" data-end="2709">• Required before starting: Forklift Certification up to 40K and Manlift 35'-60' training.<br data-start="2799" data-end="2802">• Work location: On-site at White Sands Missile Range, NM and RD-TS facilities on Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM, with travel as required to support DTRA testing.<br data-start="2963" data-end="2966">• Must have a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance for which you must be a U.S. citizen.</p>
<p data-start="3095" data-end="3121"><strong data-start="3095" data-end="3121">Qualifications Desired</strong></p>
<p data-start="3123" data-end="4264">• Direct experience supporting DTRA RD-TS, PHETS operations, DoD logistics activities, or government test site operations.<br data-start="3245" data-end="3248">• Experience supporting warehouse operations, logistics coordination, construction support equipment management, or test support activities at government or military test ranges.<br data-start="3426" data-end="3429">• Experience supporting environmental and safety compliance activities involving construction operations, landfill operations, hazardous materials, or hazardous field-test environments.<br data-start="3614" data-end="3617">• Experience supporting inventory accountability systems, hand receipt management, vehicle accountability, or warehouse inventory control processes.<br data-start="3765" data-end="3768">• Experience coordinating logistics or operational support requirements across government, contractor, and test-team personnel.<br data-start="3895" data-end="3898">• WSMR Satellite Accumulation Point training and NM Landfill Operator Certification.<br data-start="3982" data-end="3985">• Experience working in remote or hazardous test-site environments involving construction support equipment, heavy equipment operations, or field-test activities.<br data-start="4147" data-end="4150">• CURRENT TS/SCI ADJUDICATED FOR A DTRA PROGRAM IS DESIRED FOR THIS POSITION FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.</p>
