You’ll serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external agencies.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <div> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> </div> <p><strong>Agency Set‑Up &amp; Credentialing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer agency set‑up, credentialing, appointments, and compliance</li> <li>Process appointment applications, licensing documents, contracts, and required forms</li> <li>Review submissions for accuracy and proactively request missing information</li> </ul> <p><strong>Coordination &amp; Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist agents with questions related to licensing and appointment status</li> <li>Communicate with agencies and partners to verify contact information, contracts, and websites</li> <li>Process agency updates, agent of record changes, and book transfer requests</li> </ul> <p><strong>Documentation &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize and maintain agency files in accordance with regulatory, industry, and company requirements</li> <li>Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li> <li>Respond to phone, electronic, and written inquiries in a timely manner</li> <li>Support department projects and additional tasks as needed</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>2+ years of experience in customer service or office administration</li> <li>Experience supporting insurance processing preferred</li> <li>Active State Personal Lines P&amp;C license preferred (not required)</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Highly organized with strong time‑management and prioritization abilities</li> <li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams</li> <li>Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new systems</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li> <li>Commitment to living <strong>Slide’s Core Values</strong></li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>What Slide Offers To You<br></strong><strong>The Slide Vibe</strong>&nbsp;- An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
