This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Work and communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and owner representatives</li> <li>Execute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklist accuracy before and after inspection</li> <li>Ensure documentation is completed and work is installed to a high standard of quality per project documents</li> <li>Review installations and mockups with the owner, client, and architect</li> <li>Understand all quality processes, procedures, expectations, and utilize tools to ensure project success</li> <li>Read and understand construction plans and specifications, identifying errors or redundancies for resolution</li> <li>Provide leadership and take ownership of trade management for yourself and other QA/QC Engineers</li> <li>Oversee the quality team and support documentation and office-based responsibilities to meet construction schedule and QA/QC programs</li> <li>Engage in submittal review process ahead of installation to identify quality concerns and improve assurance</li> <li>Coordinate resolution for systems/tools, data entry, tracking tools, completion lists, punch lists, NCRs, deficiency logs, and other designated software</li> <li>Participate in trade pre-installation meetings to verify understanding of QC requirements before work begins</li> </ul> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of management or field construction-focused experience on projects similar in nature, size, and extent</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent combination of training and experience</li> <li>Proficient in MS-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, SmartSheet</li> <li>Proficient with QA/QC systems, platforms, and technologies for tracking, metrics, and reporting</li> <li>Electrical experience</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
