Talent Acquisition Specialist at CaseGuard

<p>CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a proactive talent partner who can attract high-performing candidates in software engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.</li> <li>Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms.</li> <li>Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.</li> <li>Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews.</li> <li>Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.</li> <li>Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.</li> <li>Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.</li> <li>Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences.</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.</li> <li>Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company.</li> <li>Familiarity with Greenhouse.</li> <li>Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Benefits:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Stock Option</li> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li> <li>401K</li> <li>Paid Vacation</li> <li>Ten paid holidays per year</li> <li>Friendly and Learning environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $70,000 - $80,000</p> <h3><strong>About CaseGuard</strong></h3> <p>CaseGuard is a software company that helps law enforcement agencies, federal agencies, hospitals, schools, airports, and others manage all their media redaction needs in one easy-to-use redaction software.
