Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth across the supply side of our international business, scaling sponsorships across our fast-growing slate of Fever Originals and Official Partnerships. <h2 data-path-to-node="11">What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own the commercial relationship with prospective and existing sponsors across your territory.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Take ownership of pipeline creation and end-to-end deal cycle management.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive new sponsor acquisition and a land-and-expand motion, growing partnerships across markets, audiences and Fever properties.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leverage Fever’s ecosystem, network and market knowledge to identify and engage high-potential sponsors.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, map and multi-thread key stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential and procurement teams.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and execute creative outbound strategies to generate qualified sponsorship opportunities and improve pipeline quality.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives and translate them into relevant sponsorship solutions.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Craft compelling, insight-led sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand, audience, media, experiential and business objectives.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead commercial negotiations through contract signature, ensuring strong value creation for both the sponsor and Fever.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and Operations to develop differentiated proposals and ensure a smooth handover after closing.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and visibility across all opportunities, including pipeline stage, revenue potential, close date and risks.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct market and competitor research to identify new categories, prospects and sponsorship trends.</li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="14">Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li id="p-rc_d9e721019e7891da-606" data-path-to-node="15,0,0">You bring 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales. </li> <li id="p-rc_d9e721019e7891da-607" data-path-to-node="15,1,0">You hold a strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals. </li> <li id="p-rc_d9e721019e7891da-608" data-path-to-node="15,2,0">You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, essential for effectively running high-profile client meetings and proposals. </li> <li id="p-rc_d9e721019e7891da-609" data-path-to-node="15,3,0">You bring an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and operate comfortably as a self-starter within ambiguous environments. </li> <li id="p-rc_d9e721019e7891da-610" data-path-to-node="15,4,0">You possess a sharp ability to balance creative, out-of-the-box thinking with data-driven decision-making. </li> <li id="p-rc_d9e721019e7891da-611" data-path-to-node="15,5,0">You are highly skilled in crafting visually compelling slide decks and polished written pitch materials. </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="17">Why You'll Love It Here</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Attractive compensation package, including stock options to reward your contributions and growth.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Generous Parental Leave: We go well beyond the UK statutory minimum with 16 weeks of fully paid leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non-birthing parents.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Future-Proof Pension: We invest in your future with Nest.
