In fact, wireless technology touches every aspect of our daily lives.</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to company policies. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage logistics, inventory, and cross-functional coordination effectively.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily department operations.</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management and warehouse processes.</li> <li>Monitor and maintain operational KPIs, addressing gaps or inefficiencies.</li> <li>Lead and manage warehouse staff.</li> <li>Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop team members.</li> <li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative solutions into operations.</li> <li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and secure working environment.</li> <li>Investigate and address incidents to prevent recurrence.</li> <li>Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.</li> <li>Ensure resources, including equipment and staff, are allocated effectively to meet operational goals.</li> <li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.</li> <li>Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Program Management teams to align operations with business objectives.</li> <li>Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance to senior leadership.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges impacting customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required).</li> <li>3+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management, preferably in a distribution environment</li> <li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in inventory management systems and WMS software.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.</li> <li>Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Why Join Our Team?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>401K with a company match to help you invest in your future</li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans to keep you at your best</li> <li>Hone your skills or learn new ones with tuition subsidy</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</em></p> <p><em>This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
