If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.</p> <p><strong>Your Impact:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Hardware Product Managers at Formlabs are responsible for defining new products, working side by side with Engineering to develop them, and announcing new products to the market. They are the subject matter experts on our customers, applications, and business. We seek individuals who are passionate about learning and taking on new challenges, care about shipping impactful products, and are interested in building strong collaborative relationships across the company.</p> <p>We're looking for a<strong> Senior Product Manager&nbsp;</strong>to define and drive new hardware products to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. This role involves defining the requirements for new products in the Formlabs portfolio, determining key features and user experience, and overseeing the product through development all the way to shipping.</p> <p><strong>Hear from SLS Leader Matt Ewertowski on what it’s like to build products at Formlabs in this <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8emNV1aO5ts">video</a>!</strong></p> <p><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8emNV1aO5ts" width="350" height="196"></iframe></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify immediate and/or upcoming user needs, then work with the team to develop product requirements and a product roadmap that addresses them.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Write clear, crisp, detailed product specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help guide the go to market and maintenance plans through product launch and beyond.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor feedback, support, and analytics. Plan changes to make improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop a deep understanding of our customers, business, competitors, and technology.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the product and engineering leadership teams to create a coherent product strategy and vision for your product lines and connect that to our wider business strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify new areas of opportunity for Formlabs that are adjacent to what we are doing today. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-size: 16px;">At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.</span></p></div><div class="title">The annual base pay range for this role is:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$140,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$180,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
