We’re looking for an organized, proactive <strong>Administrative Assistant</strong> who wants to play an important role in supporting that mission. </p>
<p>In this role, you’ll help keep our Safety Team connected, organized, and equipped to support employees across the company. From coordinating training and maintaining critical records to helping safety leaders stay ahead of priorities, your work will directly contribute to a safer workplace and stronger teams. </p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support day-to-day administrative operations for safety team leaders, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, 1:1 meeting coordination, and RCA support </li>
<li>Help manage safety documentation and reporting processes, including incident reports, OSHA reporting, and quarterly safety data requests </li>
<li>Coordinate training and compliance administration in SafetySkills and HSI, including training assignments, reporting, records and group maintenance </li>
<li>Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, and follow-up items for weekly, quarterly, and annual safety meetings </li>
<li>Maintain and distribute safety manuals, toolbox talks, and other important safety resources </li>
<li>Coordinate safety-related supplies and programs, including PPE, hard hat stickers, LOTO tags, safety glasses, and giveaway items </li>
<li>Assist with occupational health/ and safety logistics, including CPR Classes, clinic coordination, and jobsite support needs </li>
<li>Support onboarding and team integration for new Safety Team members. </li>
<li>Assist with recurring deadlines, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives that help strengthen our safety culture </li>

<li>Comfort handling confidential information and sensitive documentation professionally </li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems </li>
<li>Someone who values serving others, supporting teams, and contributing to a culture where safety comes first </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education and/or Experience </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred) </li>
<li>1+ year of related administrative or office experience </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location & Travel </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This role will be based out of our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD office </li>
<li>Limited travel may be required, up to 10% </li>
