About the Role

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>This position will be a member of the WhiteWater accounting department in Austin. Responsibilities include providing support to the various applications and end-users by managing user access, performing application configuration, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the overall administration of company software applications, ensuring smooth user experience and compliance with security protocols,&nbsp;requiring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication to manage user requests and application updates effectively.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>User Account Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various applications based on employee changes and department needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage user access levels and permissions to ensure compliance with security standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with password resets and account lockouts.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li><strong>Application Configuration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Perform basic application configuration tasks such as adding new fields, adjusting settings, and updating data mappings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with application upgrades and patches under the guidance of the Applications Administrator.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li><strong>Troubleshooting Support:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Respond to basic application-related user queries and troubleshoot common issues.&nbsp;</li> <li>Escalate complex technical problems.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Data Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Import and export data within applications as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain data integrity by performing data cleansing and validation checks.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li><strong>Reporting and Analysis:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Generate reports on application usage and user activity to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in gathering data for application performance analysis and evaluation.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li><strong>Documentation and Training:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Create and maintain user guides and documentation for application functionalities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide application training to new employees</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years relevant work experience in an administrative support role, preferably with exposure to application management&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of IT concepts and procedures</li> <li>Preferred experience with ERP NetSuite, Enverus (Open Order/Open Invoice/Open Ticket), Gatekeeper (Vendor Management), Adaptive, and Concur</li> <li>Ability to apply strong attention to detail and multi-task</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities&nbsp;</li> <li>Results-oriented with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead others&nbsp;</li> <li>System integration monitoring, error analysis, and problem resolution</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Familiarity with business applications (Inventory system, ERP, HR, Invoicing Systems)&nbsp;</li> <li>Basic understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts&nbsp;</li> <li>System integration monitoring, error analysis, and problem resolution</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with users at all levels of the organization and departments</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively&nbsp;</li> <li>Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot application issues</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong>: This position is located in Austin, Texas and is an in-office position.&nbsp; Selected candidate is eligible for employer matched 401(k), medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&amp;D insurances and other benefit offerings.</p>
