In this role, you’ll run machines, check parts for quality, keep your work area clean, and help meet daily production goals. No manufacturing experience is required—we’ll train you!</p> <p><strong>LOCATION</strong></p> <p>Warehouse at HexArmor Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan</p> <p><strong>SCHEDULE</strong></p> <p>The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:50am - 3:20pm.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate machinery as instructed by Team Leaders and/or supervisors.</li> <li>Monitor quality through the shift by inspecting each part before and after it is produced for dirt, debris, and quality.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.</li> <li>Accurately count, sort, and stack finished work pieces and dispose of waste material as directed by team leader or supervisor.</li> <li>Comply with all safety requirements.</li> <li>Consistently adhere to and support company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and other procedures.</li> <li>Ability to read a ruler and understand measurement systems.</li> <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of measure including weight and length.</li> <li>Ability to distinguish colors.</li> <li>Follow work procedures to meet production schedules.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Must be able to read, understand, and apply job skill instructions in English.</li> <li>Detail-oriented</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Quality focused</li> <li>Dependable</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time</li> <li>Ability to use small hand tools and semi-automated equipment</li> <li>Ability to carry, lift, and move up to 50 pounds</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">HexArmor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
