PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.&nbsp; This PACT team is designed to work with a specialized population with a history of criminal engagement.&nbsp;</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique needs and history/background of the population, clinical interventions and have the ability to develop and maintain clear and therapeutic boundaries. A proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness is a must.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide outreach support services to forensic PACT clients and medication supports as needed to clients living independently in the community.</li> <li>Provide side by side interventions to consumers that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement. Assist the team and consumers in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.</li> <li>Promote opportunities to participate in pro-social activities and interpersonal skill development.</li> <li>Provide assistance to consumers related to transportation to court, work sites, court mandated treatment, probation/parole meetings, daily activities, appointments or as needed/directed by supervisor.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, criminal justice, social work or related field with at least two years of experience with population.</li> <li>Must have the skills to establish supportive relationships with adults with mental illness who have limited social skills and experiences with histories of unsuccessful community tenure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Friday 3–11 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM–5 PM, Monday 3–11 PM, Tuesday 7 AM–3 PM.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22.85</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$22.85 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
