<p>Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join the anesthesia team at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore in Claremore, Oklahoma. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering excellent compensation, a balanced schedule, and the opportunity to work in a community-focused environment alongside a collegial care team.</p>
<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$325,000 1099</li>
<li>12 weeks off – nearby opportunities to work on time off if desired for extra compensation!</li>
<li>Monday–Friday schedule | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, average 40 hours per week</li>
<li>Collaborative care team model, 1:5</li>
<li>Case Mix: Bread & Butter, General Surgery, Pediatric Dental and ENT, Orthopedics, and Podiatry</li>
<li>Opportunity to practice in a respected community hospital serving northeastern Oklahoma</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Board Certified or in an SRNA Program</li>
<li>Oklahoma CRNA licensure or willingness to obtain</li>
<li>New graduates are encouraged to apply!</li>
