We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).  *A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*  We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Product Marketing to lead a fast-growing team that works on some of the internet's leading websites, driving A-Z digital marketing strategy and execution. What you'll be doing: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing specialists, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own and define promotional strategies to meet and exceed product sales targets/KPIs across the team's portfolio</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee the execution of display advertising tactics, including keyword research and expansion, ad creation, campaign performance tracking, and audience/placement analysis</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Set direction for evaluating and improving campaign effectiveness, ensuring the team applies best practices</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Guide analysis of traffic sources and metrics to build test cases for revenue generation (PC/Mobile)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prioritize and oversee optimization and testing roadmaps across the team</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive an A/B testing and optimization culture to grow revenue, and approve recommendations for new landing pages and page improvements</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor market changes and lead benchmarking against online competitors</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish and own a continuous improvement process for brands/campaigns</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, direct, and monitor user acquisition and retention strategies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Consolidate and present daily/monthly metrics and overall sales performance to stakeholders and leadership</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee traffic, keyword/branding rankings, search engine deployments, and general SEO functionality</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Product Managers and Monetization specialists to conceptualize and prioritize SEO-centric ideas and optimizations based on feasibility and business impact</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage team workload, resourcing, and reporting cadence</li> </ul> What you'll need to be successful: Must haves: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4+ years of professional digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years leading or mentoring a team</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical mindset</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven digital marketing experience across multiple channels</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent organization and prioritization skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborative, team-oriented approach</li> </ul> Nice to haves: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Copywriting experience</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Adult industry knowledge</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working at a medium or large company. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Statistics or Math related education background</li> </ul>   As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees   In this role you may be exposed to adult content
