This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers will build our </span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">adolescent</span> <span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians and doctors working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade.</span></span></em><em><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">      </span></span></em> &nbsp;</p> <p>Our clinical roles will work with patients individually, in groups, or with families in our Mood &amp; Anxiety Program, while also offering the opportunity to be cross-trained within our specialty programs and services: School Refusal, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use.</p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Are passionate about patient care and seeking an environment to work collaboratively with others.</li> <li>Are a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist.</li> <li>Have prior experience or interest in working with patients of varying diagnoses including Mood &amp; Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use.</li> <li>Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.</li> <li>Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting (preferred, not required).</li> <li>We are open to candidates with licensure in any of the following regions: Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>We know job descriptions&nbsp;can be intimidating, so if this sounds like an opportunity for you, please don't hesitate to apply!</em>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who We Are</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP).
