<p><strong>Your Role as an Occupational Therapist</strong></p>

<li><strong>Assessment and Goal Setting:</strong> Establish dynamic treatment goals through standardized and innovative assessment tools.</li>

<li><strong>Interdisciplinary Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to design and implement integrative treatment plans that consider sensorimotor, cognitive, and social aspects of care.</li>

<p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p>

<li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Licensure:</strong> A current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license with eligibility for cross-state licensure as our business expands.</li>
<li><strong>Clinical Expertise:</strong> Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills with a passion for delivering integrative, family-centered care.</li>
<li><strong>Team Player:</strong> A collaborative spirit who is flexible, open to learning, and committed to working in a multi-disciplinary environment.</li>
<li><strong>Tech Savvy:</strong> Comfortable using electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software systems.</li>
