Position Overview

Under the guidance of accomplished agency owner Darian Taliaferro, you’ll master prospecting, closing, and relationship building. From day one, you’ll impact business growth, maximize your earnings, and lay the foundation for future leadership and business ownership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage your personal sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and outreach.

• Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships and provide ongoing client support.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for new business and retention.

• Track all sales activities and manage leads using agency technology and tools.

• Stay informed about market trends and new Farmers Insurance products.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Results-driven with a desire to succeed in sales.

• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management ability.

• Sales or customer service background is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to obtain (or current possession of) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
