About the Role

Traba is building a world where the global supply chain operates at peak efficiency. We started by connecting warehouses, manufacturers, and distributors with reliable workers, and hundreds of operators now run their sites on Traba. Now we're scaling our new AI product, Neo, that helps those operators run their entire operation more efficiently. We're backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.

As a Forward Deployed AE for Neo, you'll own the sale of Traba's AI product for warehouse and 3PL operators. You'll sell to owners, COOs, and finance leaders, building the ROI case for how Neo moves their P&L and closing deals that grow into the six figures. You won't be starting cold. Traba's staffing relationships give you warm access to operators who already trust us. You'll work directly with leadership, product, and engineering to shape the GTM motion, and what you learn in the field will shape what we build next.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the growth of Neo, including scaling the GTM motion and acquiring new customers and deploying an AI product into a customer operation.

  • Prospecting, meeting with, and closing 6-7 figure partnerships with logistics and manufacturing businesses.

  • Act as an advocate for Traba's brand, representing our company's vision, values, and unique value proposition to potential partners.

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new leads, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

  • Build tools, provide analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights, and recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams.

  • Become a trusted subject matter expert within the light industrial space (distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, third-party logistics) and everything that touches the global supply chain.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 4–8 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year closing enterprise deals. You've run six-figure, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end and don't need anyone to teach you how to navigate a large org

    • OR a background in consulting, banking, or professional services and hungry to sell and earn uncapped commissions. You're great at building the business case, present well, and you want to sharpen your enterprise closing.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes with a “no task too small” mentality

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer financial statements, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders.
