In this role, you will act as the glue between our internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and meets our high standards of excellence. This role’s growth path leads to more senior Project Management roles within iTradeNetwork’s cross-functional teams.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Execute and monitor</strong> project timelines, ensuring all program milestones are met with precision.</li> <li><strong>Able to manage</strong> multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.</li> <li><strong>Communicate</strong> effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on program goals.</li> <li><strong>Conduct</strong> regular audits and performance reviews of existing programs to identify areas for improvement.</li> <li><strong>Responsible</strong> for the end-to-end coordination of program logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.</li> <li><strong>Perform</strong> data analysis to track program KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.</li> <li><strong>Maintain</strong> comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, budgets, and operational manuals.</li> <li><strong>Participate</strong> in cross-functional meetings to represent program interests and advocate for necessary resources.</li> <li><strong>Review existing operational procedures</strong> and recommend system enhancements to increase efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Participate</strong> in various other tasks and projects as needed to support the growth of the organization.</li> </ul> <h2>What you’ll need:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor's degree</strong> in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>No previous professional experience required; internship or relevant academic project experience is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Working knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the role.</li> <li>A team player with a commitment to getting things done.</li> <li>Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of food service industry preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of supply chain systems and solutions preferred.</li> <li>Always thinking customer first.</li> </ul> <h2>Nice-to-Have Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>PMP or CAPM certification.</li> <li>Experience working in a startup or high-growth entrepreneurial setting.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment,&nbsp; we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
