We only accept direct applications.</div> Construction Recruiter  The Construction Recruiter at Mullins Mechanical and Welding (Mullins) manages the routine functions of the recruiting department for their assigned clients, including understanding and recruiting for manpower needs, maintaining communication with candidates in the pipeline, and performing pre-employment activities. The Construction Recruiter reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. They are responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified talent to meet the manpower needs of the company.   The job of the Construction Recruiter is important to the success of Mullins. Employees are the most important asset, and the Construction Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring these individuals. In an effort to promote a positive culture at Mullins, the Construction Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with candidates.  The Construction Recruiter is responsible for collaborating with executive and project level management to fully understand the hiring needs of the company. This includes joining weekly manpower calls to understand the hiring needs of each project for the upcoming weeks.   The Construction Recruiter will be responsible for the complete management of the ATS for their assigned clients. This includes organizing and maintaining accurate records for all open positions and candidates. They will be required to prepare weekly candidate reports to review with the management team to keep everyone updated on the status of open roles. Additionally, the Construction Recruiter will be responsible for the drafting and publishing of job postings.   The Construction Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring all pre-employment activities are completed prior to reporting to the job, including background checks and drug screens. As a part of compliance, the Construction Recruiter will coordinate with the Human Resources Manager to ensure that all hires meet the pre-employment requirements set by Mullins.      Construction
