You will work cross functionally with a team of software developers and project managers to analyze user requirements, contribute to UX, implement designs/logic, integrate with backend systems, and set up continuous integration and continuous delivery for App builds.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the architecture of projects ensuring that decisions are in line with user requirements and best practices.</li> <li>Proactively provide and implement recommendations to improve the quality and stability of our applications.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven work experience as an Android developer, minimum 1 year (3+ years preferred).</li> <li>Experience with Android programming languages such as SwiftUI.</li> <li>Experience with the SDLC and agile methodologies.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and how to design for ADA Compliant applications.</li> <li>General understanding of algorithms and data structure.</li> <li>Ability to use critical thinking and sound judgment.</li> <li>Clear communications style, collaboration and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>eMobility experience is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$100,000 - $120,000 Annual Salary</li> <li>Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options commensurate with the role level and experience</li> <li>100% Remote</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> <li>Insurance - Health, Dental and Vision&nbsp;</li> <li>Flexible Paid Time Off</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ready to join?&nbsp; We invite you to watch this <a href="https://youtu.be/Rdc8xDsNiAs" target="_blank">video</a> and learn who we are and how we build and innovates together!</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let’s Go!</span></p></div>
