Join SolarWinds and grow with us!</p></div><p><strong></strong></p> <p>We work in a&nbsp;<strong>hybrid mode 3+2</strong>, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.</p> <p>The location of our&nbsp;<a href="https://en.mapy.cz/turisticka?x=14.4063000&amp;y=50.1113000&amp;z=11" target="_blank"><strong>office</strong>&nbsp;</a>is&nbsp;<em>Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00</em>.</p> <p>We employ only via an employment contract – full-time employment<strong>&nbsp;</strong>(HPP).</p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>We are seeking a hands-on Technical Engineering Manager to lead two critical engineering initiatives within the SolarWinds Observability Self‐Hosted product:</p> <ul> <li>Software Security Group (SSG)</li> <li>UI Platform Engineering</li> </ul> <p>This role is ideal for a former or hands-on software engineer with strong technical background (leadership experience is a benefit), and a passion for agentic development, AI‐assisted SDLC, and modern engineering practices.
