We believe that business is people.&nbsp; Since day one, we have worked hand-in-hand with our customers to deliver innovative and effective PPE solutions to keep workers safe.</p> <p>HexArmor is a wholesale industrial distribution and contract manufacturing company providing PPE to the industrial sector with a strong emphasis on sales and marketing capabilities.</p> <p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>The Quality Analyst plays a vital role in the Quality Assurance department, collaborating closely with cross functional management and other team members.&nbsp; Their primary responsibility is to support quality control processes by verifying and validating product before it ships from external suppliers.&nbsp; This role involves working closely with leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.&nbsp; The Quality Analyst will assist in supplier quality development and analyzing overall supplier conformance and performance.</p> <p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Navigate and sort purchase orders based on quality risk criteria.</li> <li>Maintain communication with QA management on critical or high risk products.</li> <li>Communicate schedules and quality concerns with suppliers and help to maintain business relationships.</li> <li>Schedule on-site quality audits and monitor product checklists with suppliers utilizing 3<sup>rd</sup>-party resources.</li> <li>Assemble special specification documents for 3<sup>rd</sup>-party auditors.</li> <li>Analyze audit reports and determine product statuses for shipment.</li> <li>Document and communicate critical issues with suppliers and provide production materials and instructions if necessary.</li> <li>Facilitate corrective action reports (CARs) with QA management if needed.</li> <li>Perform and document quality inspections on HexArmor products and raw components.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining and/or creating documents to help with data management.</li> <li>Travel to supplier factories as required to observe and document production/quality processes, and help to maintain business relationships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills.</li> <li>Analytical abilities, including modeling and data analysis.</li> <li>Attention to detail.</li> <li>Adaptability to changing conditions.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Demonstrated accountability, initiative, integrity, and maturity.</li> <li>Experience planning and implementing complex processes or projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree preferred</li> <li>2+ years of experience in professional setting</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>** Employment offers are contingent upon an E-Verify check and the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check **</strong></p>
