We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced  Practice Manager to lead our Washington, District of Columbia location. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with clinical leaders and the Patient Access Director to drive results, promote superior customer service, and create a high-performing, patient-centered </ul> Responsibilities <h4 data-start="1054" data-end="1108">Operational Oversight & Practice Efficiency</h4> <ul data-start="1109" data-end="1584"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1109" data-end="1216"> Provide direct oversight and leadership of daily clinic operations at Washington, DC location </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1217" data-end="1293"> Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment at both sites. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1294" data-end="1390"> Establish and maintain appropriate levels of office/medical supplies and clinical equipment. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1391" data-end="1522"> Ensure all clinic workflows, from front desk to back-end processes, operate efficiently and in alignment with Kolmac standards. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1523" data-end="1584"> Adjust operations proactively to maintain peak performance. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1586" data-end="1622">Provider & Patient Access</h4> <ul data-start="1623" data-end="2024"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1623" data-end="1745"> Coordinate and manage provider schedules; support onboarding of new providers and modifications to existing schedules. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1746" data-end="1828"> Monitor appointment availability and ensure same-day access whenever possible. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1829" data-end="1919"> Evaluate staffing and scheduling practices to meet patient demand and financial goals. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1920" data-end="2024"> Prepare clinics for provider transitions (e.g., departures or additions) to ensure minimal disruption. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2026" data-end="2074">Patient Experience & Service Recovery</h4> <ul data-start="2075" data-end="2368"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2075" data-end="2181"> Serve as a primary point of contact for patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2182" data-end="2251"> Engage in service recovery and continuous improvement activities. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2252" data-end="2368"> Regularly review operational reports (e.g., patient flow, no-show rates) and implement data-informed improvements. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2370" data-end="2412">Staff Supervision & Development</h4> <ul data-start="2413" data-end="2884"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2413" data-end="2534"> Supervise all non-provider staff across both sites; handle training, onboarding, performance management, and payroll. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2535" data-end="2628"> Maintain and coordinate staffing schedules to support patient care and clinic efficiency. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2629" data-end="2722"> Identify and support additional training needs in collaboration with clinical leadership. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2723" data-end="2799"> Encourage team engagement, development, and a culture of accountability. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2800" data-end="2884"> Lead hiring, promotions, and terminations in alignment with organizational policy. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2886" data-end="2928">Compliance & Facility Readiness</h4> <ul data-start="2929" data-end="3285"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2929" data-end="3012"> Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3013" data-end="3103"> Monitor adherence to Kolmac’s Code of Conduct, internal policies, and applicable laws. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3104" data-end="3206"> Work closely with Compliance and Legal to report and manage risk, privacy, or regulatory concerns. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3207" data-end="3285"> Educate staff on compliance standards and emergency preparedness procedures. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="3287" data-end="3346">Financial Performance & Revenue Cycle Management</h4> <ul data-start="3347" data-end="3711"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3347" data-end="3419"> Oversee collection of copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3420" data-end="3507"> Monitor and report on cash collections, payer mix, and accounts payable activities. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3508" data-end="3611"> Ensure proper documentation, financial tracking, and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly performance. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3612" data-end="3711"> Contribute to overall revenue cycle effectiveness and collaborate with centralized billing teams. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="3713" data-end="3750">Leadership & Communication</h4> <ul data-start="3751" data-end="3974"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3751" data-end="3854"> Lead regular team meetings to share goals, updates, and changes to practice operations or policies. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3855" data-end="3974"> Serve as a visible, supportive leader who fosters strong provider-staff relationships and a culture of collaboration. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="3976" data-end="3999">Other Duties</h4> <ul data-start="4000" data-end="4139"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="4000" data-end="4058"> Provide backup to staff during peak times or absences. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="4059" data-end="4139"> Perform other duties as assigned to ensure clinic continuity and patient care. </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul data-start="3441" data-end="4074"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3441" data-end="3528"> 4+ years of experience in healthcare office management and direct staff supervision </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3529" data-end="3609"> Proven experience in medical office or behavioral health practice management </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3610" data-end="3724"> Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clinicians, staff, and patients </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3725" data-end="3776"> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3777" data-end="3844"> Proficiency with healthcare software and administrative systems </li> <li
