You'll be the architect of Horizon's supply base, ensuring every supplier meets the rigorous standards required for federal contracts.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead strategic sourcing for Horizon program requirements, establishing and qualifying CMMC-compliant and CUI-capable suppliers to support defense and space technology delivery with additional sourcing/negotiation of capital equipment, raw material, machining subcontracts, and material testing services</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including supplier selection, long-term agreements, capacity planning, and supply base development, aligned with federal program timelines</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure federal compliance across all procurement activities (ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, CMMC), managing export controls, compliance documentation, and audit readiness in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
