We provide systems engineering, integration, and advanced technology services to transform the future safety, security, and resiliency of critical missions on the ground, in the air, in space, and in the information systems that connect these domains.</p> <p><a href="https://www.ensco.com/" target="_blank">Learn more about ENSCO.</a></p> <hr> <h3><strong>Position Description</strong></h3></div><p>The Contracts and Procurement Division manages all aspects of the company’s contracts, subcontracts, and proposal preparation/submission efforts for systems integration, research and development, and engineering programs in support of its U.S. Government, Commercial, and International Customers.</p> <p>The Subcontracts Administrator shall perform responsibilities which include issuance of RFP's to subcontractors, Price Analysis, Source Selection and support of proposal responses to ensure compliance with Customer flow-down requirements;. &nbsp;Additionally, issuance of Subcontracts, monitoring of Subcontractor payment milestones and performance; addressing performance and/or funding issues; and maintaining contractual documentation and file information.</p> <p>The Subcontracts Administrator collaborates with company Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management personnel, and external entities addressing business risk and contractual matters, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and performs all other position related duties as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications Required:<br>• Bachelors degree, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience with Subcontracting experience.<br>• Knowledge of Commercial Contracting terms and U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to include the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Multiple Award Schedules.<br>• Knowledge of different contract, solicitation, and agreement types to include Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursement, Time &amp; Materials, Licensing, Teaming Agreements, NDA's and Proprietary Information Agreements.<br>• Experience establishing Subcontracting Plans and conducting reporting requirements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).<br>• Direct responsibility for preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements, and subcontract administration of commercial and U.S. Federal contracts, to include responsibility for tracking and documenting change orders.<br>• Ability to independently negotiate Terms and Conditions with suppliers for both Commercial and Federal subcontracts&nbsp;<br>• Direct responsibility for preparation and award of subcontractor proposals in support of Commercial and Government acquisitions, to include review of solicitations and tenders to ensure compliance with flow-down requirements; review of business-related information and certifications; review of subcontractor proposal pricing; and conducting direct communications with Subcontractor counterparts.<br>• Performs responsibilities as focal point for issue resolution, including commercial compliances (terms &amp; conditions), acceptance, delivery, and payment issues.<br>• Excellent analytical and communication skills.<br>• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint.<br>&nbsp;</p> <p>Qualifications Desired:<br>• Knowledge of export control procedures.</p> <p>&nbsp;Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or similar management system a plus</p> <p>Knowledge of Certified Purchasing System Review documentation requirements a plus</p> <p>Work Location Type: Hybrid<br>Required Certifications: None<br>U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes<br>Security Clearance Required: None<br>Employment Type: Regular Full-time<br>Background Check Type: &nbsp;7 Year Pre-Employment<br>Drug Screen Required: None<br>Position Contingent Upon Contract Award: No</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$112,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>REAL ID Requirement</strong></p> <p>This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
