Sr. Product Manager - AI Applications at iHerb

<p><strong><strong>Job Summary:</strong></strong></p> <p>The Senior Product Manager - AI Applications is responsible for the strategic development and deployment of agentic and AI-based solutions designed to drive internal efficiencies within the Revenue Organization, specifically supporting Marketing, Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Product Management.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><strong>Job Expectations:</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and oversee the product roadmap for AI-driven internal tools and agentic workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design AI solutions to automate and optimize processes within Marketing, Pricing, and Merchandising.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Revenue Organization to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deploy and iterate on AI applications at high speed to meet evolving business needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the integration of AI platforms and orchestration tools into existing internal infrastructures.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position.
