This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused leader who is energized by sales, business growth, team management, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">The Scheduling Manager is a key connector between clients, families, referral sources, and field employees. In this role, you will grow the office’s business, strengthen relationships, resolve concerns, and help ensure clients receive reliable, compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.</p> <div _1ibi0s3ea">Serve as a connector and troubleshooter between client needs and nurse staffing needs.</div> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <div class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Deliver exceptional client service by addressing concerns with empathy, professionalism, urgency, and consistent follow-through.</div> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <div class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support nurses through communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and administrative guidance.</div> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <div class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Conduct desk-based marketing outreach and occasional in-person visits to physician, physical therapy, and other referral
