Impressive, right?&nbsp;</p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience?&nbsp;</p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><p></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As part of the&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Fever Originals team</strong>, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">ABOUT THE ROLE</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for an <strong>experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer based in Madrid, who will support our SSI team Fever Originals team in the Northern Europe Region in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered.</strong> This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, being responsible for the third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of the creative deliverables for our Northern Europe Market. </span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">To support the development of new events, the Producer will research and periodically implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences.</span><br></p> <p>This role may involve travel to support live launches and on-site production as we bring experiences to life across our expanding portfolio. It requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event and/or theatrical productions, and is passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.</p> <p><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical &amp; Administrative Management</strong></span></li> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage a range of technical and administrative processes, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assess the proposed technical rider and propose eventual changes (where alternatives are required) / modifications (where permanent change is required) in line with budgetary targets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ongoing assessment of production requirements with a goal to identify ongoing efficiencies for upcoming seasons. </span><br><br></li> </ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Budgeting</strong></span></li> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain production budgets throughout the feasibility, sign off and operational stages of production.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ongoing monitoring of local operational spends and identifying of optimization opportunities&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Invoice management and closing of the event P&amp;Ls</span></li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Partner Management&nbsp;</strong></span> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead the due diligence on the key partners and suppliers</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop long term deals with national scope to facilitate the geographical expansion of the project</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a track record of successfully produced events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry.
