You will work closely with business leaders, SAP Solution Architecture, and engineering teams to define program strategy, align stakeholders, drive execution, and ensure delivery meets enterprise standards for performance, reliability, integration, and security.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key&nbsp;Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own&nbsp;and&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;large-scale&nbsp;technical&nbsp;programs&nbsp;end-to-end</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;that&nbsp;improve&nbsp;core&nbsp;operations,&nbsp;with&nbsp;clear&nbsp;accountability&nbsp;and&nbsp;measurable&nbsp;outcomes.</li> <li>Partner&nbsp;with&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;Solution&nbsp;Architecture,&nbsp;engineering,&nbsp;and&nbsp;business&nbsp;stakeholders&nbsp;to&nbsp;define&nbsp;scope,&nbsp;success&nbsp;criteria,&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;plans&nbsp;for&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;S/4HANA&nbsp;transformation.</li> <li>Coordinate&nbsp;cross-team&nbsp;execution&nbsp;across&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;and&nbsp;dependent&nbsp;workstreams;&nbsp;manage&nbsp;sequencing&nbsp;and&nbsp;release&nbsp;readiness.</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;integration&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;between&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;S/4HANA&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal/3rd-party&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;dependency&nbsp;management&nbsp;and&nbsp;interface&nbsp;quality.</li> <li>Establish&nbsp;program&nbsp;mechanisms&nbsp;(cadence,&nbsp;dashboards,&nbsp;RAID,&nbsp;decision&nbsp;logs)&nbsp;and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;concise,&nbsp;executive-ready&nbsp;communications.</li> <li>Identify&nbsp;and&nbsp;mitigate&nbsp;risks&nbsp;early&nbsp;(scope,&nbsp;schedule,&nbsp;resourcing,&nbsp;integration,&nbsp;cutover,&nbsp;adoption);&nbsp;unblock&nbsp;teams&nbsp;through&nbsp;influence&nbsp;and&nbsp;escalation.</li> <li>Define&nbsp;and&nbsp;track&nbsp;success&nbsp;metrics;&nbsp;use&nbsp;data&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;efficiency,&nbsp;and&nbsp;scalability.</li> <li>Ensure&nbsp;enterprise-grade&nbsp;launch&nbsp;readiness&nbsp;by&nbsp;aligning&nbsp;on&nbsp;non-functional&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;(performance,&nbsp;reliability,&nbsp;availability,&nbsp;security)&nbsp;and&nbsp;operational&nbsp;readiness.</li> <li>10+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;Technical&nbsp;Program&nbsp;Management&nbsp;/&nbsp;Program&nbsp;Management&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;demonstrated&nbsp;success&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;large-scale,&nbsp;cross-functional&nbsp;initiatives.</li> <li>BA&nbsp;/&nbsp;BS&nbsp;degree&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;practical&nbsp;experience.</li> <li>Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;in&nbsp;English;&nbsp;Korean&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;may&nbsp;be&nbsp;beneficial&nbsp;depending&nbsp;on&nbsp;stakeholder&nbsp;needs.</li> </ul>
