We foster a collaborative environment where you’ll receive the support you need to master new technologies, grow your skill set, and contribute to our collective success.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #32a996;"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></span></p> <p>The responsibilities below represent the core functions of the role and are not an exhaustive list of all duties.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions (workflows, scripting, integrations, UI, and extensions).</li> <li>Ensure platform stability, performance, and upgrade-readiness using best practices.</li> <li>Deliver production-ready solutions and balance declarative with programmatic development.</li> <li>Architect and automate business processes while identifying needs through team coordination.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with vendors and clients to meet quality standards.</li> <li>Write and maintain high-quality code that remains stable through upgrades.</li> <li>Proactively identify solutions to business-impacting IT issues.</li> <li>Translate business goals into technical requirements while acting as a bridge between infrastructure teams and end-users.</li> <li>Participate in an on-call rotation.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #32a996;"><strong>THE "MUST-HAVES"</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship</li> <li>Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR</li> <li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field</li> <li>Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience</li> <li>Experience with Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub</li> <li>Hands-on integration experience using MID Servers</li> <li>Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in scripting and automation, with strong system analysis and client-solution skills</li> <li>Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and platform configuration</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #32a996;"><strong>THE "NICE-TO-HAVES"</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment</li> <li>Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM)</li> <li>Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine Studio (AES)</li> <li>Experience in application development, with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell preferred</li> <li>Strong technical documentation skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Location &amp; Hours:&nbsp; This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters.
