As an MA, you will be our front-line for operational execution, field engagement, and portfolio development. In this role, the MA is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and nurturing relationships to drive strategic growth and profitability within the market. This is a dynamic opportunity to learn both Sales and Operations functions and develop an exciting career path with a fast-growing organization!</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Warehouse with Picking, Staging &amp; Loading customer orders for delivery</li> <li>Drive Cargo van and run delivery route: following the location’s delivery instructions, working with thorough accuracy and customer-centricity</li> <li>Support Warehouse with customer hot shots, route recovery, and delivery resolutions at the direction of market leadership</li> <li>Support Warehouse with inventory count</li> </ul> <p><strong>Field Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop relationships with cafe staff and management, understanding the needs and opportunities of our customers</li> <li>Support the Market and Represent Odeko with Event planning, coordination, and attendance. This will be 1-2 times per month.</li> <li>Learn the Market’s product portfolio and demand, and identify opportunities for Odeko’s market share development</li> </ul> <p><strong>Portfolio Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct strategic product demonstrations and samples with customers and prospects</li> <li>Support Sales and Vendor initiatives with product and program awareness and development</li> <li>Support Sales with new product follow-up and launch</li> </ul> <p><strong>Systems Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain full compliance of Warehouse systems and SOPs</li> <li>Adopt and execute accurate Sales data in CRM, Slack and Expense Management tools</li> <li>Present monthly updates of activity and opportunity to key stakeholders across both Sales &amp; Operations</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics</li> <li>3+ years of Foodservice experience, Preferred</li> <li>Strong Communication skills, with high attention to detail</li> <li>Task-oriented with knack for follow-up and follow-through</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
